Just another beautiful day of cycling! At 10 miles we stopped in Sheridan for a great breakfast at a bakery. From there it was a quick 10 mile downhill into Twin Bridges, where we checked out the "cyclists only" campground - if only there were one of these every 50 miles!
Then turning to the SW and following the Beaverhead River, it wasn't long before we spotted Beaverhead Rock off in the distance, the hunk of limestone that Sacagawea recognized as part of her tribe's home turf, which in turn saved the Lewis and Clark Expedition.
Passed many cyclists today headed east, including a couple who yelled out our names as we passed! Must be Carole and Dave were ahead and tipped them off we thought! (they leave earlier in the AM than us but we sometimes catch up to them before our night's destination). Not today, so after a call to verify their location, welre meeting at Papa T's for dinner.

OMG! I had my picture take with that "Gabby" guy in South Dakota on my trip out west with Corey. He sure gets around! Can't wait to visit when you get home!
