Today was the ride from hell! We climbed up to the Blue Ridge Parkway and pedaled up and up and down then up and up..... Finally went downhill 3 miles and broke a spoke using the drum brake to much. Mike put on a temporary one until we can get to a bike shop. Stayed at Mallard Duck Campground, we were given ice cold beers and invited to sit around the campfire a great way to end a hard day.
